The sizes shown above refer to the minimum and maximum opening. When installing this product you will also need to to construct a false chimney breast to accept the depth of the fire and line it with non combustable material. The standard balanced flue kit supplied with the fire comes off the top of the fire and raises up 1000mm minimum before venting horizontally at 90 degrees through the external wall. (NOTE: Additional flue pipe & accessories are available prices on request). This appliance comes standard with a temperature display remote control which allows the flame height to vary between high and low from your armchair with a fully automated electronic ignition. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear which is quite normal and to be expected. The inside of the glass may also require cleaning from time to time due to condensation that may form on the inside of the glass. Due to the number of size measurements and complexity of this fire it is strongly reccomended that you have the appliance on site / in your possession to take accurate measurements from before proceeding to construct any any false walls or chimney breast to avoid potential mistakes being made.
