Enameled Models have Chrome handles and black spin wheels where applicable; Matt Black models have black handles and black spin wheels where applicable.

Solid Fuel

NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a qualified Hetas approved Solid Fuel engineer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney with this stove before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. Note: This stove produces substanial heat output which may affect the interior and exterior appearance of the stove, over time through general wear and tear which is quite normal and to expected when burning Solid Fuel. All Boiler Stoves have four 1" BSP tappings for water connections. If you would like further information on Solid Fuel, call the Solid Fuel Association on 0845 601 4406 or Email sfa@solidfuel.co.uk or to have a look at their website www.solidfuel.co.uk. Natural Gas

NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this stove before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. This stove does not require any electrical supply, but does require a natural gas supply. Also be aware that due to the stove producing heat the interior / exterior of the stove may become marked over time through general wear and tear which is quite normal and to be expected. The inside of the glass may also require cleaning from time to time. Please note that soot deposits on a gas stove are quite normal and to be expected, it may be more visible on a log fuel effect. Ensure that the room in which the Stove product is being installed is thoroughly dry e.g recently plastered walls cause high levels of moisture in the atmosphere and, as a result, rust is almost inevitable. Under no circumstances should a Water-based cleaner or polish be used to clean gallery cast iron products. Moisture is prone to dropping from the chimney, and is likely to cause corrosion, to minimise this it is recommended that you have your chimney swept clean and to seek advice regarding from your Gas Safe Register engineer regarding the installation of a chimney cowl. When using a gas fire, the products of combustion sometimes cause white deposits to form. These deposits can usually be removed with a soft brush. High temperature paint is used on all black finish items. This paint may eventually burn off. This can be maintained with our High Temperature Black paint available when purchasing the item.
