NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. Please note that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visable on a pebble, log or driftwood fuel effect. Also when choosing to upgrade to an alternative fuel effect to that of the standard black granules, you will still receive the black granules in addition to the upgraded fuel bed i.e. driftwood would still come with black granules as well. All figures in brackets relate to the 700 burner only and depending on the height the burner is installed up from the floor it may require a hearth with a minimum protrusion of 12" in front of the naked flame (Please refer to the installation instructions and advice from your Gas Safe Register installer).
