Rear Venting Powerflue Gas Fire

Notes

NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your room and intended location with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. A powerflue or fanflue is an open fronted gas fire which has an electronically driven fan system mounted on the outside of the wall to expel the flue gases away safely. Although a sound from the fan when in operation is to be expected you may also experience some natural air circulation from the open flue when the fire is not in use which is quite normal. Please note in cases of power failure (power cuts) to your property this fire will not work. The fan electric supply can either be via a 13amp socket or fused switch spur installed by a qualified electrician. The slimline fan on the outside of the wall only protrudes from the wall and does not require a guard although one is available at an additional cost please ask our sales team for further information. When installing the Powerflue you may need to choose a fireplace with a 3" rebate for additional depth dependent on the total amount of depth you have in your cavity wall.
