NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue and or circumstances with this fire, prior to making any purchase, to avoid disappointment. *Also due to the sheer number of varying flue boxes it is not possible to know which fires are suitable until such time as the existing fire has been removed. The delivery service offered on some of the larger Flavel products is based on a palletised, one man, kerbside, only delivery. In these instances due to the nature and weight of these products, you would need to arrange additional assistance to offload the goods from the vehicle when it arrives at the delivery address. Pallet deliveries are normally by a vehicle in excess of 7.5 tonnes or more so please ensure to advise us in writing by email if your property has any difficulties with access so alternative arrangements can be made to avoid incurring additional costs in the event a delivery cannot be made if the vehicle cannot deliver safely to your location. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear which is quite normal and to be expected. The inside of the glass may also require cleaning from time to time due to condensation that may form on the inside of the glass. Please also note that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visible on a pebble fuel effect.
